Mario has a meter that fills up when emoting, getting hurt, or hitting opponents.
Special down, side, neutral, and grab which isn't a grab.
this character plays specific voicelines in some moves, and these are fully compatible with the audio voice setting.

Moveset:
Neutral special 10% - Mario spins shooting out iceballs to damage opponents.
Side special 15% - Mario uses the tanooki suit to fly forward swinging his tail.
Down special 15% - Mario throws a hammer.
Up special - Mario spins upwards.
Grab 25% - Mario flys upward, than falls down while rolling as a rock.
Grab while holding up 15% - Mario causes lightning to shock in front of him.
Grab while holding right, left, or down 35% - Mario summons lightning on both sides on him doing more damage than before.
