No Pirate Cloak

Prevents pirate plunderers from using the "cover" system which disguises them as other factions.

It only affects plunderers (hostile pirates which attack ships), not smugglers (trade ships disguised as other factions). Smugglers are unaffected because other races like MIN also use this feature and pirate smugglers do not troll the player.

The AI of the plunderer does know that it is not cloaked, but removing the ability to cloak may have unforeseen side effects for their faction. However, it probably doesn't matter considering they spawn out of thin air, and pirate mechanics in general are barebones and badly implemented.

If added to an existing save:
It cannot force already cloaked ships to uncloak, but should prevent any new cloaking.

Main mod: No Pirate Torture.
No Pirate Torture and No Pirate Cloak are compatible yet independent.
You can use both or choose one.
