The following is a brief description of the mode and the conditions of the event occurrence.

1. Germany must not control Berlin
→ This requires the Soviet occupation of state 64 (Brandenburg). In other words, events occur only when it is occupied by the Soviet Union.
2. Germany must be above 75% Surrender Progress
→ The same conditions as the mod in the original.
3. Germany must be fascist
→ The same conditions as the mod in the original.
4. Germany must have Adolf Hitler as their current leader
→ The same conditions as the mod in the original.
