Skeletal Diversity

Makes random skeleton characters have more race/model variety. Standard skeletons are still the most common, followed by MkI Screamers and Soldierbots. You will also see MkII (Second Empire) models like Logheads, Screamers, and P4 models. P4 models of either Mk are the rarest overall. Skeleton Bandits sometimes have prosthetics, and are rarely Scorchlanders.

Adds some more generic patrons to the Black Desert City skeleton bar, with names like Rivet, Grease, Ping, etc. Hireables include a MkII screamer named Rusty with all hiver prosthetics, a skeleton named Zero, and a defected skellybandit Scorchlander named Skelton, who has the Skeleton dialog package despite being human (and all hiver prosthetics). No new dialog packages have been added.

Other random stuff includes setting "Skeleton Civilian" as being named, having a new Soldierbot "Centurion" set as the leader of the Loghead Legion squads, making Mad Cat-Lon a Mk1 P4 instead of the weaker MkII (since he founded the 2nd Empire, idk why he downgraded) and having KLR limbs, and adding other skeletal limbs to a few special NPCs (elder has scoutlegs for example). Sniper Tower has regular Watchbots (Logheads) readded while the Upgraded Watchbots are now Soldierbots. Most of the modded vanilla NPCs now have expanded weapon variety and colour schemes. Skeleton Bandits might wear 'Light Metal Armour' instead of Merc Plate (it is in some stores too).

All Thralls now have Electrical Components as a death item, while Second Empire remnants have Old CPU Units. There was an inconsistency in vanilla where Legion Thralls had CPU units despite being headless, so that's now fixed.
