Updated, Can now recruit all units from tier 3, apologies for the wait!

The Tier 5 version of the Carpentry building line that was added by this (wh_main_brt_carpenter_3) doesn't have the Field Trebuchets or the War Castle added to it in building_units_allowed, so you lose access to them when going from the Tier 4 to Tier 5 building.

Hey Hawklet. Would it be possible to have the units' campaign cost/upkeep be adjusted a little bit? From what I can tell everything outside of RORs have their upkeep be their cost divided by 8 when it comes to SFO.

The same pricing would apply to your other SFO submods as well.
