Idk if its conflicting with another mod but it removes the preview of what every building actually does for me. So upgrading a city center is just blank for what bonuses it provides, and the same goes for the buildings added by the mod, theyre all blank, along with the ones that aren't touched by the mod. I cant confirm whether or not it actually has any impact on gameplay though, as ive seen similar issues with no real stat changes or issues.
