Fixes the icon for the half-eaten science book.

Fixes incorrect bounty amounts listed on wanted posters for Tinfist, Savant, Dust King, and Flying Bull.

Removes the Book of Sacrifice (which is heretical to Okranites, it says it in the book itself) from Holy Temples.

Gives books/parchment to some NPCs like Koin, Yamdu, Iyo, Finch, Bayan, Machinists, etc.

High Paladins, Inquisitors, Holy Priests, and Holy Citizens (25% female chance variant) carry the Holy Flame.

Decapitalizes "Of" and "The" in many book titles, among some other grammar stuff.
