Triangles: A ton, you will get a friendly in-game warning

Custom LOD and textures
Lot size: 11 x 5

This asset was first planned for a different game, so the tri-count is a little higher for me than normal. Will probably make a smaller version for those that are worried about triangles tho. Main texture of building can be changed with a painter mod.
