The 191 Peachtree Tower is a striking 50-storey postmodern office skyscraper that rises 235 metres above downtown Atlanta, Georgia, featuring a distinctive stepped crown and granite facade that has made it one of the city's most iconic architectural landmarks since its completion in 1990. Originally known as the IBM Tower, this Class A office building was designed by Johnson/Burgee Architects and serves as headquarters for various major corporations, offering premium office space with panoramic views of Atlanta's sprawling metropolitan area while anchoring the prestigious Peachtree Street corridor that forms the heart of the city's central business district.

This asset was commissioned by Zee Builds.

This asset exclusively uses Armesto's Spotlight Props Pack for its lighting. If you don't subscribe to it everything will be dark.

I've tried to make this asset as realistic as possible and therefore the geometry tri count is high and the textures large. All of the texture elements have been created specifically for this asset in order for full control over the final look.
