São Paulo State ELS - All Reds & Reds/BLues/Whites Varient in the Same Mod!

- For the Frist time a ELS mod from me with the hey of my Great friend Kittyraww, without her this wouldn't be possible, but here it is, the Official ELS pack for the São Paulo State Police i made a while ago, this time 2 TYPES of ELS with BLIPS for each type! :O


Means that according to the group of cars you pick, you'll have a certain ELS Pattern playing with the designated BLIP


EPV / UTV / GPV / IPV / MPV / Crusier / Gladiator / SPV


APV / Interceptor / FPV / WPV / CPV


- must have All 4 slots filled with cars with the RED/BLUE/WHITE ELS, otherwise the ELS will be ALL REDS, Even For the CARS with Alternative lights :)

- The new PSPO update today, made the lights not such as flashbangs at night, so no need to worry about excessive brightness :3
