1. launch the game
2. wait for the workshop to download all of the files, then close the game.
3. open (where ever you have steaminstalled/or click the settings button then manage then browsefiles)\POSTAL2Complete\WorkshopContent\3547021940\Textures
4. copy and paste into POSTAL2Complete\Textures
5. play.
