提出一些可能有些麻烦的请求，能否给一个mod配置界面，可以选择挡位，比如中立敌对什么的时候也能送，麻烦的话就算了

@橙风 达成盟友才能送，我做这个主要是给我另外一个mod用的，方便我保持盟友关系

基于上面内位的提问，是达到盟友才能送礼，还是完成过交易等，达成联络后，即便敌对也能送礼，如果是必须盟友的话这似乎意义不大，毕竟原版派系也不见得能交易什么好东西

With respect, the description could be a clearer on how this feature works, as I can't get the option shown in the picture, although after having read the comment that I have to be allied first, I personally don't see enough value in the mod... I wanted to be able to gift to them to become allies, so having to be allies first defeats the purpose for me :)

@Poncho I originally planned to implement this feature, but Tynan doesn't seem to allow caravans in space. When I visited orbital bases, characters and shuttles vanished completely, so I scrapped the feature.

Could you also make it so if you're allied you can trade with them at their base with a shuttle or gravship? Great mod!

@Reprogrammed Automaton You need to be allied first, to let them know you. After all, the beginning of everything is the hardest.
