Pilot Stats Randomizer mod

Changes the base levels, experience, and starting stats to be (mostly) random (unless clones follow a different rule I don't know) for a bit more of a re-playable game

3 pilots have a chance of being up to level 4
3 pilots have a chance of being up to level 3
5 pilots have a chance of being up to level 2

Vitality, Stress resistance, CBS test, and reaction is now somewhere between 15 and 99.

Names, voices and faces have not been changed so this mod can work with others.

Load me first if you want me to apply with the Kawaii or other pilot mods (seemed to work this way with testing)
