描述
This mod is primarily designed for Sandbox — most changes are aimed specifically at it. However, some adjustments were also made to the story mode: El Casador has been updated, and land bounty hunters have been reworked.

A bit more detail:

Land bounty hunters now operate differently.
When your threat level is low, you’ll still be chased by simple thugs and vagrants, just like before.
Once your threat level becomes more serious (tier 3), professional mercenaries will start hunting you.
At higher threat levels, musketeers may join their ranks.
If your threat level reaches tier 5, the League will get involved — ambushes may appear in taverns, and the only way to get rid of them is to reduce the bounty on your head.

All punitive fleets flagship captains now have appropriate skills — battles against them will be a serious challenge.
Each one has a unique trait that will reveal itself in combat or dialogue, and the value of loot found in their cabins has been increased. Additionally, sometimes you can hear different rumors about their captains.
Torero appears only at pirate threat level 3, and after you’ve sunk 20 pirate ships.

Naval battles with punitives have also been reworked — each now has a special feature:

Meifeng – cannot be boarded while her sails remain intact, if you have numerical superiority.

Chimera – uses a special grenade once per battle when the enemy gets too close.

Torero – repairs sails during combat, and will attempt to flee if heavily damaged.

Griffondor – attempts to board the enemy if his crew size is superior. Can change tactics mid-battle.

Casador – the most dangerous predator. Opens musket fire if he has an excess of crew. Changes cannon calibers mid-fight and never uses grapeshot.

In addition, the French punisher still has his unique personality — Jean Bayard — and now features a distinct model as well.

The same applies to the El Casador in story mode — its captain is now Diego de Espinosa.

After defeating a punisher, nations will recognize your ship and open fire regardless of your flag. You’ll need to lay low for a while...

Punisher ships are now recognizable by their respective nations — you can’t just sail into a Spanish port aboard El Casador.
To freely use these ships, you must improve your relations with the corresponding nation.
The required reputation depends on the threat level at which the punisher appears.
For Casador, for example, you’ll need a reputation of “Admiration.” You only need to reach it once. After you see a special message, you can freely use said ship however you see fit.

Technical notes:

For story mode, starting a new game is not required.

For sandbox, it is recommended, since Torero may not appear in old saves.
