Build N Steal — Official Gamemode for B&S_Buildingz

Overview:
Build N Steal is a strategic multiplayer Garry’s Mod gamemode centered around territorial control, creativity, and competition. Players claim predefined regions within the B&S_Buildingz map, then engage in a timed build phase where they construct and decorate their areas with props. After the build timer expires, the player who controls the region with the most props is declared the winner.

Gameplay Rules:

Players must physically enter a region to claim it. Each player may claim only one region per round.

Once all connected players have claimed a region, the timed build phase begins automatically.

During the build phase, players can build structures, decorate their claimed territory, and strategically steal props from other regions.

Prop spawning is limited to prevent spam: each player can own a maximum number of props, with a cooldown enforced between spawns.

NPCs spawned by players are friendly to their owners and cannot harm them.

The round ends when the build timer expires, triggering a cutscene showcasing each region and announcing the winner.

Important:
This gamemode is explicitly designed to run on the B&S_Buildingz map. Running on any other map may result in incorrect region detection and gameplay issues.
