Force Playermodel to LOD 0

The title explains itself. It was specially made to use with this mod but you can use it standalone if you want to. The premise was that I wanted playermodel to always have LOD 0 even thought that there is an command but it will force every object to have LOD 0, so I wanted only playermodel to have it (for performance reasons) so thats why I decided to quickly make it.
