@LosCartuchos5566 - The creator's Russian. The closer you are to the Arctic circle (and I'm gonna talk how it works in the summer), the more light out it is in the day. At the 60th parallel north, for example, it's light out for 18, almost 19, hours of the day.

In short, if you're that far north in the world, during the middle parts of the year, it's possible to have the sun rise that early.
