2000s Saber T1 Tow Truck "The Car Snatcher"

Line up in front of a car, put down the gates, attach each winch to each side of the front bumper of the targeted car, and hop in your tow truck and press X to reel in the target car.
Thats pretty much the purpose lol.
Remember this thing is only big enough for regular sedans or something like that.
K hazard lights, B beacon lights.
