Angelin's Balance Thingy

Rebalances Tactical difficulty to be less stupidly harcode crazy. But it keeps things like the Smart AI! A middle ground between classic and Tactical. In Vanilla, at lot of the boosts bellow are +50%, which makes Tactician a chore. But Classic is too easy!

The new values are:

• Armor Boost: +20%
  
• Armot Boost Growth per Level: 3%
  
• Magic Armor Boost: 12%
  
• Magic Armor Boost Growth per Level: 1%
  
• Extra Vitality: 25%
  
• Damage Boost: 10%
  
• Damage Boost growth per Level: 2%

All other values are unchanged.
