Hive Cybernetics Patch and Tweaks

Several tweaks for Luciferus' Hive Cybernetics.


+ Unlocked all Cyborg (and Progenitor) Hiver’s Shirt Slot.
+ Make all hiver shirts wereable by Cyborg (and Progenitor) Hivers.
+ Cyborg Soldier's head hit points increased to 280 (up from 200).
+ Removed Cyborg and regular South Hivers and Deadhivers from the ‘Hive’ race group.
+ Added Cyborg South Hivers to the ‘South Hive’ race group.
+ Set mirrored limbs for all prosthetics.
+ Limb Center: Added 'robot limbs mid' vendor list. So they sell more prosthetics.
