Replace Zoey's voice with Beta Zoey Voice made by RVC.
Has some voice cracks but mostly sounds almost no different.

i added some new lines in via elevenlabs but authoring tools wont show the addon up in the list and crowbar either shows an error when trying to update it or inf loads
