Gourmet Pemmican, bringing all the wonderful flavours from Vanilla Cooking Expanded's condiments to your #1 choice for travel food and Neolithic/Medieval playthroughs.


Enhance your flavourless balls of meat & veggies with everything from Salt to Luciferium Powder! For a little more work compared to good ol' Pemmican, you get:
+4 Mood buff for 12 hours after consumption.
10% nutrition, up from 5%.
Marginally increased mass.
Marginally increased value (cannot be bought or sold).
A new use for all your condiments lying around.
Recipe: 0.50 Nutrition MeatRaw, 0.50 Nutrition PlantFoodRaw, 1 Condiment.
Produces: 16 Gourmet Pemmican.

Condiment effect and mood boost to NOT stack based on amount consumed per sitting, and stacks with different condiments do not stack, reducing abuse.

Q: Does this have bulk recipes?
A: No, but the recipe is for 16 (1.6 units of hunger), or about two pawns' worth of hunger (assuming 30% need). A bulk recipe means you could accidentally end up with a stack of Gourmet Pemmican with multiple condiment effects. Very broken!
Q: Is this mod complete?
A: Is any mod ever truly complete? But yes. I hope.

Pemmican recipe sometimes fails to appear on cooking benches from mods. If Pemmican is researched and you do not see a bill for Gourmet Pemmican on a cooking bench that can make Pemmican, do let me know so I can sort this mod lower.
