Axis Lock Mod
Adds a specialized physics item that selectively restricts movement along X/Y axes and features advanced wiring control. Perfect for creating complex contraptions or puzzles!


Features
  • Dual-Axis Control: Blocks movement along either horizontal (X) or vertical (Y) axis
  • Multi-Wire Logic: Uses three-color wiring system for precise control
  • Real-Time Toggling: Change lock states or disable the device during simulations
  • Physics Integration: Works seamlessly with all vanilla objects and mechanics

How to Use
Placement & Configuration

Spawn the "Axis Lock Block" from the items menu

Right-click to toggle between locking X-axis (horizontal) or Y-axis (vertical)

Objects colliding with the block will be restricted in the selected direction

Wiring Controls
    Blue Wire[/#]: [LOCK ALL] Blocks movement on both axes when powered (if device active)Red Wire[/#]: [UNLOCK] Releases all movement restrictionsGreen Wire[/#]: [TOGGLE] Activates/deactivates the entire device


Technical Notes
  • Lock state overrides object physics but doesn't affect rotation
  • Multiple blocks can be chained for complex restraint systems
  • Compatible with all vanilla and most modded entities
