描述

This is a port of Safehouse from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, originally made by Valve and remastered by Vaskem1ddel for Counter-Strike 2. Remastered lighting, materials and extended non-playable areas. This map was introduced with the original release of the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive beta and has yet to be introduced to Counter-Strike 2.

Official Description:

Counter-Terrorists must prevent Terrorists from bombing the safe. Team members must defuse any bombs that threaten targeted area.

The Terrorist carrying the C4 must destroy the safe.

Fun facts:

Safehouse was originally simply called House.

As with most Demolition maps, this map is loosely based off a Left 4 Dead map. In this case, the Farmhouse in the finale (Farmhouse Finale) of Blood Harvest.

Subscribe and like the map so Valve will notice it and reintroduce it. Comment what changes I should add and what bugs to fix. Also tell what map I should port next.

Played this map with some friends 5v5 yesterday, great fun, thanks for porting and fixing this up.

Few things noted: the bomb spot on minimap doesn't quite tie in with where you can plant. Also quite a few of us remember being able to climb the ivy on CT side to get to upper house in the old version. Was this an original feature or are we just all boomers with rose-tinted glasses? It's very hard to get to upper apart from the stairs or climbing the ladder on the shed to the right. Some of the rocks had clipping where it looked like you could walk over them but were blocked.
