Thanks anyway
So yeah, lemme send you what I was given by the AI. I ain't touched no single line of this it's all the product of the prompt that went with that message I pasted earlier. https://we.tl/t-HRGl1xfBeb
I posted it because it might interest someone, but as for incompatibilities, I can't do much beyond writing them in the description.
The strange thing is that modders set these values positive even if they don't work. They should leave them as they were in vanilla so that if the mechanics are fixed, the items won't cause problems.
And this explanation - sneakers having 1.5 multiplier thus causing the abnormally fast run movement is accurate and align with the testing.
Because I was confused - why spawning with one character causes the problem, and spawning with another one does not?
And that's cause you may spawn with a pair of sneakers, and then spawn another char that wears normal shoes. That was the variable causing inconsistent results.
I will test it, if there is a way to manage positive values i will make some cool item as roller skates

I can only add to the description that these mods don't work together; to fix them, the authors of those mods would need to adjust the run speed modifier values correctly.
please if you find the guilty let me know, thanks for your report
This happens because modders often create mods to make the game easier, without realizing that some mechanics are broken.
DO NOT REPORT these bugs to me, my mod is perfect, you should report to modders who create unstable item mods.
