Fritz Von Erich

The master of the Iron Claw and patriarch of the legendary Von Erich Wrestling family, Fritz initially made his Pro-Wrestling debut under his real name Jack Adkisson. Though, it wasn't until Adkisson adopted the villainous heel gimmick of a Nazi sympathizer by the name of Fritz Von Erich in the 1950's did Fritz begin to find success in the squared circle.

Outside of operating his Dallas-based Wrestling promotion WCCW (World Class Championship Wrestling), Fritz also captivated audiences overseas as a nemesis to Giant Baba, leading to a rivalry that culminated with the first Wrestling event booked at the historic Nippon Budokan in 1966.
