LKCR - Relative Top Speed (Fork)

The mod does not belong to me. Due to the inability to easily ship different configs for the original mod, I am forced to reupload it instead. The mod will remain unlisted for this reason.

Important: This fork does not support editing of the configs, for the purposes of allowing mod updates to overwrite settings when they get changed in an update.

Credit goes to the original authors (Gauge, StarCore, Mike Dude) for the original mod and the two forks that were used as a baseline & reference for this one.
