UMP-9 Adventure Challenge

Part of Cordelique Tribute addon, but only UMP-9

"that's cool idea for a challenge, like why don't make it standalone" - Reiko (♥♥♥♥ you)

Replaces HEV plate with UMP-9 cutout that can be carried till game ending (sorta)

Rules:
- Cutout replaces HEV plate, so the challenge starts in Black Mesa East
- You're allowed to skip Highway 17 if you wish to, she will spawn after you car gets stolen It's not easy to complete Highway 17 and Sandtraps with her, but possible. Far easier to just ignore the car all together. Tested and confirmed
- She will spawn after player gets immobilized (Nova Prospect and Breen office)

In order for this to work, maps had to be changed, and so:
- d2_coast_11
- d3_c17_01
- d3_breen_01
Are altered. It's not big deal, they're altered without making any significant changes, just to spawn UMP-9
