SICKO Unique Empire States - Units of the Imperial Provinces Regional Recruitment

My Unique Empire States regional recruitment AND units submod for Chema's Units of the Imperial Provinces series, you sick, twisted freak...

This adds Chema's units to my regional recruitment mechanic alongside the 150 new units my original mod adds. See the original mod for details on the mechanics. All units will show up in my regional recruitment system.

Instructions
Download this mod and Chema's entire Units of the Imperial Provinces series. Do not use with my original Unique Empire States or the regular Chema compatible version.

Also I lied, When I said "When an Empire faction falls and you get there legendary lord" I thought because I began with Aldebrand Ludenhof and his faction was gone so I assumed that there was that mechanic.

This and Required items, it could be the Sicko mods, he is also duplicated when I integrate his faction.

@Tank I didn't mod any of the lords. What other mods are you using?

When an Empire faction falls and you get there legendary lord I don't think in there personal tech tree is set up properly I think its supposed to be "Available after spending 4 skill points in the previous group" while its currently "Available after spending 0 skill points in the previous group" which sets the next group as false or inaccessible completely.

@chips: I tried testing it and it crashed once then worked again, reverted it for now until I can figure things out--are you using any other mods? (besides Chema's? And are all of his loaded?)
