Unique Empire States - United Empire (Regional Recruitment) HV Reskin

This is the Hooveric reskin version of my Unique Empire States regional recruitment mod. This replaces my reskins (where possible) with Hoovric's. Where Hoovric didn't reskin a unit, this uses my version. Use with either the complete Hoovric overhaul series and the standalone Hoovric Empire reskin.

Let me know in the comments if you want a sicko version for Hoovric like I did with Chema where you can recruit both my textures and Hoovric's. (That's more challenging than Chema's, since it requires making another 150~ish units.)
