This addon adds multiple elements:
- Number Plates on Vehicles (not rendered. sorry)
- Police ANPR systems
- Vehicle Identification Numbers
- Fuel to vehicles
- Installable Truck Reversing Alarm

This addon is designed for use with DarkRP.

It is recommended that you extract it and modify a few things.
1. Open the file '<root folder>\lua\anpr\anpr_config.lua'
2. Modify the vehicles that are classed as 'police' vehicles (ones with ANPR installed)
3. Open the file '<root folder>\lua\pddb\pddb_config.lua'
4. Modify the jobs that are allowed access to the police database.

Chat Commands:
!lookatvin - Look at the VIN of the vehicle you are looking at. This takes about 5-10 seconds (for realism)
!lookatplate - Look at the Number Plate of the vehicle you are looking at. This takes about 1-5 seconds (for realism)
!newplate - Get a new number plate installed on the vehicle you are in. This takes about 5 minutes.

Console Commands:
add_fuel_point <radius> - Adds a vehicle refuelling point for that game session, at the point where you are standing. eg. add_fuel_point 500
set_vehicle_fuel <fuel> - Sets the vehicles fuel you are looking at to <fuel> eg. set_vehicle_fuel 80
