描述
Hello, this mod turns Heft into a megapolis, the heart of the Great Desert. All UC shops can be found here, as well as (perhaps too many) buyable residences.

If Tengu is killed, Simion will move to Heft, instead of disappearing. Ronin shops, Thieves Guild, and a robotics shop will also appear under Empire Peasant's control of the city.

Also adds a "Heft Wanderer" start.

they tried to completely change the entire city

this however builds on top of the existing structure
MINIMIZING issues and crashes
