Teleport On Join

TeleportOnJoin is a mod that allows admins to set up a versatile teleportation system to teleport players when they join

Features:
- Set target coordinates for teleportation.
- The mod tracks who has been teleported for a specific target. To teleport again, coordinates must be changed.
- Enable & disable teleportation.

This mod was custom made for the Lockdown RP Server. ( https://discord.com/invite/AyhJfGUGfU )
