White Health Cross + Team Health Counter

Uhh, something not really FNIA related but figured it would fit somehow. And I wanna share this since I just learned how to adjust the HUD.

Adds a health counter for your teammates and changes the color of them to white so that it would be fitting with most custom color healthbar mods instead of the standard green text.

Originally, I wanted health counter to change color in sync with the color of the healthbar but I think it's impossible given no one else has done that before. So, I just settled with white.

And yes, I do know the counter is still white and at +1 health after a teammate dies. But again, the color or number won't change to red and zero, respectively.
