It seems that the origami item that turns all your trinkets into items just deleted the trinket I picked up. I was playing Tainted Lost on Flooded Caves 1 and picked up Liberty Cap which dropped from a mushroom that a Polty picked up and threw. I don't know how relevant any of that information is, and I don't know if the same bug happens in other situations too.

Bellissima mod, segnalo questa cosa:
ho preso un danno con Eden e sono morto all'istante perchè mi ha dato due cuori rotti e basta.
Probabilmente un oggetto che mi dà 2 cuori rotti ma non sono riuscito a capire quale.
Credo sia un bug, non penso si debba morire se ti dà l'oggetto sbagliato
