Unsubscribing to the mod, deleting it completely, and then subscribing again might help. Otherwise, this is a case for Steam Support.
What other mods are running?
Otherwise, I recommend:
Unsubscribe from the mods in question and completely uninstall them, then resubscribe.
Sometimes it's enough to change the loading order of the mods in the mod browser.
Overloaded modding system
The log shows hundreds of vehicle modifications from Industry Expanded (ships, planes, trucks, waggons). This can easily break compatibility when combined with other mods like Legacy Vehicle Pack or Sandbox.
✅ Likely reason for crash:
The “Industry Expanded” mod is modifying too many vehicles and colliding with other mods (especially the Urban Games Legacy Vehicle Pack). Some model paths are malformed or missing, which leads the game engine to crash when it tries to load those assets.
👉 To fix it, I suggest:
Disable the Industry Expanded mod and test if the game runs.
If it works, try re-enabling it alone, then add other mods one by one.
Verify integrity of game files in Steam (to restore any base assets).
Redownload/update the “Industry Expanded” and “Legacy Vehicle Pack” mods – one of them is corrupted.
