COMM/Reupload: Tyrant-002 (Tank)

This request comes from @mikecj9, who asked me to reupload this mod along with a few others. This Tyrant-002 as the Tank mod was originally made by ฿ØⱠ₮Ø₭¹⁷³, who wasn’t able to finish uploading them.
Note: The model slightly clips through the floor, this is due to the custom skeleton created by ฿ØⱠ₮Ø₭, and I wasn’t able to fix it without breaking the rig.
