[CWL] Rorans Gone Wild - Seaside Edition

This mod adds a variety of new entities as possible spawns in water biomes:
* sahagin fishmonger
* sahagin salvager
* younger sea angel sister
* big anglerfish sister (Hostile!)
* younger sea cucumber sister
* younger jellyfish sister
* younger mantis shrimp sister
* younger pistol shrimp sister
* little sea snail girl
* younger serpent charming sister (Hostile!)

The non-hostile ones are far more likely to spawn as visitors in water-filled maps, but theoretically they can appear anywhere.

Currently only the little snail girls have unique portraits, as the creator of the sprites made them as well, and so graciously allowed me to feature them in this mod. I plan to create individual sprites for the sahagin merchants soon, and finish the JP translations for all the dialogue bubbles.
