I just had it happen randomly during the heist when i had hirelings with only guns. Now I don't know if it was the troopers or hirelings, or both that give gun exp.

Replicated it at the haunting of nevada house. It seems that them using guns counts as the player using guns, or some other coding overlook that allows me to gain gun exp from them. It's probably going to be tedious to grind but it *is* do-able.

Trooper gun kills gave me gun exp at slaughter time's last wave before completion. Going to see if i can replicate it on hauting of nevada house.
(The only trooper mod i know of having enabled is "Status Quo Troopers: ENHANCED!" by Youhoooop)
