gm_flatgrass - Garry's Mod 10 Beta

A weird official version of gm_flatgrass extracted from the first September 2006 beta build of Garry's Mod 10. This version has a wooden fence surrounding the map, and a 3D skybox, unlike the final GMod 10 map where it has no 3D skybox, and no fence. I've also repaired the missing textures on the fence by adding a .vmt to where it calls for an existing HL2 texture, just in a different directory.
