Agnu is a joke based on the headless body of Richard Nixon from FUTURAMA which is both named Agnu and growls and gestures akin to that of Frankenstein's monster. FCS only has male animation files for hivers and skeletons
NOW with all that said as an obscure reference there's a movie reference to the movie SCREAMERS 1995 where robots adapt and remanufacture themselves to mimic human beings called screamers because they whirr and screech when they kill their target, and since the skinbandits are Screamer units masquerading as human beings there's a stronger case for some Screamers to play as trans or female or whatever representation you goobers insist on modifying. Hell the end of the movie even hints at robosexuality and acceptance, but whatever.
