From Universe 98, this version of Goku had transcended all limits. In his world, the Saiyans had become the most dominant race in the galaxy.
They established a brutal empire, eliminating entire planets that refused to kneel before Yamoshi, the King of all Saiyans.
A brutal ethnic cleansing had taken place all weak Saiyans were executed. Many pure hearted Saiyans lost their lives simply because they lacked strength.
But one among them had both:
A pure heart, and unmatched power. That Saiyan… was Goku. Despite his strength, Goku didn’t conquer by force. He won hearts. He would speak to the inhabitants of each planet, offering peace in exchange for submission and he kept his promises. No harm came to any world under Goku’s rule, and he forbade other Saiyans from interfering with his planets.
Sometimes, Goku had no choice but to eliminate rebellious worlds — all in Yamoshi’s name.

For years, Earth had been Yamoshi’s next target. Saiyan after Saiyan was sent to conquer it… and every single one returned near death.
Yamoshi was enraged. What infuriated him more was why they returned alive the one who defeated them had spared them. Out of pity and out of mercy. To send a message.

That man… was Johny Prime.
A version of Johny from a futuristic timeline age 80 Johny Prime was the strongest human in the world. He had ruled Earth for 40 years, uniting governments under a single banner of global peace and justice. He alone had taken on the burden of protecting the planet.
Under his leadership, Earth saw its greatest age:
Peace: 90%
Crime: Below 5%
Poverty: Nearly eradicated
Fighting alien invaders had become his hobby. For over a decade, he humiliated Saiyans who dared attack his home.
But when he turned 90… His greatest challenge arrived.

Goku landed on Earth in his SSJ5 form, radiating overwhelming power. He did it to intimidate Johny Prime. But the old warrior simply smirked.
“Another Saiyan?
You seem… different.”

Goku introduced himself calmly.
He explained he didn’t want to harm Earth and if Johny Prime submitted, no blood would be shed. Johny Prime laughed as if he’d just heard the greatest joke of his life.
“The only one I submit to… is the Eternal.
And you are not Him.”
Knowing the battle was inevitable, Goku powered up — charging his celestial Ki to the max. Johny Prime did the same. He drew his sword.
And when he looked into Goku’s future… he saw something astonishing:
A battle of a lifetime, and only a 1% chance that either of them would die.

They clashed.
Fists met fury.
Speed defied physics.
Their strikes tore the sky into four.
Tsunamis swept the oceans.
Cyclones, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons the planet itself raged in response.

The battle lasted two weeks. They only stopped to sleep not even once to eat. The world trembled. People feared the end of days. Then… they stopped.
Not because they were tired, but because they remembered the people. They had forgotten to hold back and the Earth had paid the price.
They both smiled. It was the greatest training either had ever known. Their duel ended in a draw.

And so, Johny Prime invited Goku to travel across Earth to see the world and help repair the destruction they had caused.
They became friends.
Goku fell in love with Earth. He was amazed by the kindness and beauty of this planet.
Johny Prime welcomed him:
“You’re home here.”
They shared sake and becoming loyal brothers. But Goku remembered his mission.
He offered a deal:
“Pretend you’ve submitted to me, so Yamoshi leaves Earth alone.”
Johny Prime refused outright.
Goku tried to explain:
“If you don’t… Yamoshi will come with his entire army. And it will be a bloodbath.”
But Johny Prime had a different idea:
“Let’s fight them together.
You and I, we can win.”
But Goku hesitated. He didn’t want to betray his people. There were still Saiyans with pure hearts Saiyans he had protected.
Johny Prime offered another path:
“Warn them. Tell the good ones.
Convince them to reject Yamoshi.”
Goku agreed.

One year later, Goku was branded a traitor by his own race.
Yamoshi launched his full-scale invasion of Earth. But it was too late. Goku and Johny Prime, backed by Saiyans who had chosen peace, crushed the invaders.
Together, they defeated Yamoshi. The Saiyan Empire fell.

Goku remained on Earth, freeing all enslaved planets. Johny Prime made him Co-Leader of Earth. And when Johny turned 95, nearing the end of his life, he offered Goku full leadership of the planet.
“You’ll be a better king than I ever was.”
Goku was honored and heartbroken. But he accepted.

Then… came the visitor.
A dark figure from another dimension.
Old Johny.
He had come to kill Johny Prime. But the moment he stood before them… He realized the truth. He was nothing against them. The power gap between him and these two legends was vast, impossible. He understand that if they wanted… He would be dead in ten minutes.
He couldn’t speak. He couldn’t breathe.
The look in Johny Prime’s eyes told him:
“You are nothing.”
It was the first time Old Johny had ever truly felt death. He tried to glimpse Goku’s future searching for a chance, a sliver of hope. There was none. Not a single timeline showed him victorious.
Johny Prime smiled. He felt the fear radiating from Old Johny.
“Don’t worry. I won’t kill you. But you need to abandon your plan. I know what you’ve done all the universes you’ve devastated. All the Johnys you’ve murdered.”
He stepped forward. Old Johny was paralyzed. He couldn’t move. Fear had consumed his body.
“Go home. But if you return here without having changed… It will be your last day alive.”
Finally, Old Johny spoke.
“I’ll have my revenge. I’ll kill you both by going back in time. I always win.”
Goku prepared to strike. But Johny Prime held him back.
“Let him try. All he’ll do is create a parallel timeline. He won’t succeed.”
He leaned toward Old Johny still frozen in terror.
“Try whatever you want. Even corrupt us. You won’t win.”
And with a gentle motion of his hand… He cast Old Johny back to his universe.

Goku turned.
“Was it wise to let him go? He’s one of the most dangerous beings alive.”
Johny Prime replied:
“The best way to defeat a powerful enemy… is to let him destroy himself.”
