Media Looper

描述
A rework of the Looped TV & Radio mod. Does two things:

- Loops all TV and Radio broadcasts 999 times (not quite infinite but more times than most people will play)
- Adds B42 TV & Radio broadcasts and stations into B41

Built by bashing together Krauterz's Looped TV & Radio mod ( https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2993398538&tscn=1753795881 ) and Flint's Media patch mod ( https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3390741762&searchtext=media+patch )

Will be removed if asked to be removed by either of those people.

P.S.: The maximum amount of times radio/tv will loop is set to 999. I'm not 100% sure if there's a limit/what the limit is, so if something breaks yell at me and I will fix it.

Neat idea! Huge difference for people like myself who don't have a lot of time to play and don't want to sit through mod menus trying to get everything to work properly. Thanks for spending the time to make it! :D
