A breadboard & lua-controlled 387k orbital bombardment satellite.
Flies over the target, descends, and delivers a devastating burst railgun payload from close range.
Effective against anything under 60m/s.
Has IR target missiles and burst lasers for support against faster or more agile targets.

Has code to track the current HP of its target so that it does not waste burst railgun shells on a scuttling target.
Also has code to enter a low-power mode, using RTGs instead of engines for power when idle. Useful for adventure mode.
