Yayo's Combat 3 - Unique Weapons Patch

@get doinked Yeah, it just modifies a bit of c# code that runs on projectile firing so it should be safe to add whenever. All the unique weapon effects besides damage (incendiary etc) already seemed to be working, so it is a pretty small patch. Just pulls some code from vanilla rimworld and runs it before the rest of the code.

This would be fine to add to a save right? I don't need to do a fresh start for the patch to take effect?
