Promo-Art Styled HEV Arms Addon - 2003

The hands from "Promo-Art Styled HEV Arms v2.0", but now it resembles way more the Promotional Art where it comes from.

And with a plus! now has reflective cubemaps, taken straight from the pre-Orange box era of Half-Life 2

(Its not obligatory, but highly recommended to use with "HL2 2004 Cubemaps on Weapons and Hands" for a true 2004 experience!)
