Albion Village - 500x500

描述
A conventional Western European village map.

-500x500 meters.
-No battle damage.
-Civilian vehicles do not appear on the minimap but can be crewed.


---REQUIREMENTS---

Talvisota
Liberation
Airborne

These DLCs are all required. Almost every asset is from Liberation, Airborne is used for some walls and other assets, and Talvisota is used for the rocks in the river.


---OVERVIEW---

The map is divided by a river running in the middle north-south, with the village on the eastern side, and a mostly wild area on the left side, with a small farm.
The village uses mostly French houses from the Liberation DLC, though it could probably work as a Belgian, British, or maybe West German village.
I deliberately refrained from putting signposts and store signs so there's no language and the village could be anywhere in Western Europe.

The only buildings of note in the village are the church, with a small graveyard behind it, and the manor north of the village. The manor is just 3 houses together, which is also how it's done in vanilla maps, since there's no manor asset.
I tried to make the map look fairly idyllic, with a lot of greenery, butterfflies, dragonflies, fish etc. So a summer or spring environment file is probably best suited for this map.

The small fields south of the village are on a completely flat zone at 0 elevation, which means a plane can be scripted to land there with no issue, for example for an air assault mission.


All in all it's a standard map. I tried to approach the quality of the Liberation maps, and for the most part I think I got fairly close escept for the wilderness parts outside of the village, which are very boring.
I mostly make industrial and urban maps with modded assets for my own use, but I decided to try something new with only vanilla assets and in a rural setting. Since the map turnout okay I decided to release it.

@sebastianruso33 Is the map not working anymore? It should be, even if it says "outdated version", if you enable the mod it should work nonetheless. Let me know if it doesn't.

@CrusaderLite Sorry mate, making a map compatible with Conquest is complex and I don't have the time or interest to learn how to do it. I intended this map as a sandbox for people to make their own custom battles and missions.

You can't save a map in F3, F3 is the mission mode. Map mode is F2.
There shouldn't be any problem with saving a mission.
