Realistic Apparel Diversity! AKA: RAD More Dyed Cloth Shirts

Replaces the UC Armour Trader NPC in the clothing stores with a Clothing trader, as well as slightly expands their lists/gives them the chance to sell fabric/leather.

Adds and distributes into the world:

Brown Cloth Shirt (5 possible slightly different shades for brown)
Grey Cloth Shirt (2 shades)
Leather Vest over Turtleneck
Leather Shirt over Turtleneck

It's better because it's based off the Dark Leather shirt, which is better than the normal Leather Shirt in vanilla. Same thing with blackened chain, it's for some reason better than plain
