Sengoku (Onin War) 1467

This is a scenario of the Onin War, which marked the start of the sengoku period.

It's a campaign, so it's at the campaign section of the scenarios.

Some clans were missing from the base game, like Ashino, Mogami and Namioka. I chose to just give their territory to surrounding clans.
I did do some research in order to add as many clans as possible (which is is why there are so many vassals). I also added an HRE style alliance which i'm honestly not too sure what it does, but Ashikaga is the Shogun; the Electors are the Kanrei, Daimyos who served under the Shogun and were usually given special treatment; and the princes are the Shugo, just regular daimyos. The Ainu are not included in the alliance.

The population system seems fine, i only manually changed it in Kyoto and Kanto region, while deducting from the Ainu as a whole.
