Overview
This NPC is designed with an apocalyptic atmosphere in mind.
It is based on the Combine and spawns with either an SMG or an AR2.

Sorry, but Rust is not designed for PMs, so that would be difficult.

this should be a playermodel too, looks too cool not to be one
